We start with an assumption:

That which seems missing is already present.

This isn’t problem solving. It’s more about learning to feel okay with uncertainty, both as it shows up in ourselves, and in a world that can sometimes feel endlessly uncertain.

We begin with what’s alive for you, what’s on the top of your heart or mind.

Most of my coaching conversations begin from something that arose in relationship with someone else. These are the threads we pull on to start.

Where we go from there is hard to describe, but it’s something like deeper.

If depth isn’t your thing, that’s okay. I may not be the right coach for you. Depth isn’t required, but I won’t avoid it because it makes us both uncomfortable. I’ll ask you to do the same, and you have my word on this: I’ll always work hard to make it feel safe.

By safe, I mean I’ll be asking your permission before pushing for something that feels risky. I’ll also be checking in with you as we dialogue to make sure you’re okay with where we are.

We stop when you say “stop.”

Ultimately, the process is such that we keep coming back to what’s worth noticing, right here, right now.
This is where we rediscover all of our resourcefulness.

That’s the offer.

Let’s start by finding out if we’re a match.
