You should try this…

It’s not bad enough that the resounding chorus of voices seems to sing endlessly about what you should do. It’s far worse.

The should is coming from inside the house.

Nobody is louder than your own self talk, which is no longer just harmonizing. It’s taken on the melody as its own. The song goes something like this…

Something needs to change about me.

Worse. If it doesn’t finally change, and for real this time, the life you’ve always wanted to live will always seem just beyond your reach if not impossible.

This isn’t your first rodeo, cowboy. There’s something about this pattern that feels familiar in the most non-comforting way. You’re sure you’ve worked on this before.

Why, then, is this… where you are now?

It can all feel like there’s some mystery you haven’t yet figured out, like there’s something missing.

If you could just figure it out, you could leverage the full force of all your trying ass at the problem.

But.

What if there was never anything missing in the first place?

Men come to me when the lives they’ve been building toward have become impossible.
